We are now accepting requests from Veterans for assistance. This year the assistance will be in the form of the Veteran shopping at a Jewel Food Store selected by the Board of Directors. The shopping will be from December 2 through December 8.
To request assistance please provide your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, proof of Veteran status, if you would prefer to shop morning or afternoon (we will attempt to accommodate your request but can not guarantee it) a brief description of your reason for requesting assistance and if you have been a recipient in the past. ALL INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED. This information is to be emailed to email@example.com.
